1. part
.... where did we leave off, my first thought as I landed was for little Nanphon be in my heart and I hope also in yours’ but now we have to think of the many other little children in need and with this thought we move forward ..... this year we promised the orphanage a lighting system for the little football and volley ball area, the contacts have already been made and the work will begin shortly .... we promised 10,000 kilos of rice, the contacts are also in this case at a good starting point. The downside is that similar to Italy with the pasta, the price of the ri increased and the only thing to do is to get the best price directly from the producers, and I can assure you we will succeed. As I said to you here Nanphon, she will always ey rice has , ce several times this year we will focus our efforts on the many little-ones who live on the edge of the shanty-towns, with the clothes that you have already
donated, they are ready to be delivered and we will do it this week with the help of Rita and Emma who joined me on Tuesday. Obviously in the first few days they stayed in the orphanage to see the little faces that they know and to think about those who have been adopted, for example Noem, who is enjoying a new life with parents Nadia and Fabrizio and then a meeting with the Head of Adoptions who wanted to know about all of the many things that we are doing in Italy and I need to send you all of their compliments and sincere thanks!! But it is the smiles on the faces of the children that say the most! There is Ilaria our volunteer that stayed here during the month of August, then I met the Nurse and I delivered the medicines that we gathered during the summer to her, thanks to Tiziano, Roberta and Federica ....
Saturday afternoon I accompanied three of our new friends inside the orphanage, Silvia, Adriano and Ilaria petite but strong. They enjoyed themselves and left tired but content. At the moment there are around 80 children from less that 1 year to 6 years, the older ones between 6 and 8 years, there are around 40, among them is little Kalaya who has had a series of tests but with not so positive results which will shortly mean a trip to the hospital. Before finishing Part 1, I would like to personally thank Thai Airways, Armando Muccifora, Anna and Monica from Milan and of course a thank you to you all, who are not physically present but your hearts are here, now I move onto the next report about Rita and Emma .....
